23.01.2022 So apparently cant rent this place and good to see them look after the lawns cos they look amazing and well groomed. On our money apparently good job to u mate honest and good people.

23.01.2022 So wayne spent endless hours making sure gardens and lawns are always done and look what these dickheads do flaming nothing bastards but want our rent right up to march.

23.01.2022 Was so sad when it came to crunch and Wayne and myself just sat chatted inside before we closed the doors locked her up, we had some good people come down have a drink to farewell the place we all called home at 35 Catalano road Canningvale. Helen manser Jerome Gillbard Saul Mullins Chad Forsyth Todd gill Andrew baillie floppy Bowie Chris Siave few others as well was nice to sit and chat. Pretty broken emotionally as the era has closed some more pics of the last finishes to the make good.

23.01.2022 So we got huge bill for works done after we fix guess the bill needs to get higher so they carried on about the islands and now they been removed good job. No fence in where the volley ball court was akl gone but the owners put that all in not us ggrrr

22.01.2022 So keeping all up to whats going on this place was originally advertised as a complete sports centre ready to go, in that case was also stating that their was a roller door entry as well. Oh thats right is was never a warehouse u only advertise is as that, but when clients come in make sure u tell them its only good as that sports centre specialized. Oh wait check this out its being converted into a warehouse with a door at the old cricket end cos it wont get rented out as it... stands. The volleyball ball court has gone and i might say thats been their since i started cos i played their in summer on Wed nights 4 a side. So i wonder what our money has done this and i wonder how long it will stay vacant before someone comes in. Be careful and make sure u get all your facts right cos they are resonable people and real estate agents are what can i say SHIT!!! COS U HAVE TO PAY SOME OUTRAGEOUS FEES FOR THEM TO SEND EMAILS. 20.01.2022 Just some of our last pictures of the biggest clean up at 35 Catalano Road wow and all the dodgy workmanship from the land lord yep cracks in tiles for over 20 years didnt want to fix shit, but happy to charge us for everything.
