24.01.2022 I have the absolute best agistment family <3 Thank you so much, Carlos Bozano Collor, Emma Curry, Ava & Samantha Mathews for all your help and hard work today fixing up one of the stables and allowing me the time on top of it all to practice my dressage test for tomorrow! You are the absolute best! For those interested: Base of crusher dust, half-height Besser blocks, filled with more crusher dust, rubber mats on top, and sawdust on top of that :) Luxury comfort for any pony!

24.01.2022 Castor - He's at the moment training with Natalie Siiankoski Equestrian and will be up for sale. Turns out he loves jumping and XC :)

23.01.2022 We have another 24 hours, before the consultation period closes on 19th February 2020 - have your say, let's bring Horses, their Riders, and their family and friends to our beautiful Redlands.

23.01.2022 Yay! We have our own coffee/tea corner for our agistees and visitors: In stock: coffee, hot chocolate, a variety of teas. Beautification is a WIP ;)

23.01.2022 I am soooo pleased! Fabio from Electro Corp Australia ( https://m.facebook.com/electrocorpaus ) has done an amazing job updating our outdoor light fixtures :D Fantastic job and absolutely lovely illumination everywhere. That makes late evening visits and rides a breeze :)

23.01.2022 As of late we have been having absolutely stunning sunsets, adding an extra layer of joy to the evening feed routine :) Love living here! There is little that can beat the beauty and serenity of gorgeous sunsets and the music of chewing horses...

21.01.2022 Full Care :) I am full at the moment but watch this space, as I will announce availabilities as they come up. Services Provided: - Feeding done 2x / Day... - Stabled (with Yard) at night - Individual Paddock during the day - mucking out of stables & yard once daily - mucking out of the pasture at least twice-thrice/week - Rugging 2x daily - Holding for Vet/Farrier/Chiro/etc. when needed - Sawdust included - Water (Town water & Rain Tanks) - Use of facilities (60x20 floodlit arena, 15m Round Yard, shared jump equipment in dedicated ~60x60m jump paddock, feed sheds, tacksheds, fridge on site (stocked with yummies for horse & rider), access to toilet, use of the tea/coffee kitchen) - For trail rides, Sandy Creek Conservation Area can be accessed from property (entry is opposite our driveway, across a quiet, non-through-way-street) - Lockable Tack-Shed - Float Parking (space for 1 HSL or 1 short HAL) - Proprietor lives on property, and the barn is her full-time job. 185$ / week; Prices are exclusive of Hay, Hard feed, supplements. You can either use our stocked hay, or store a limited amount yourself (max. 20 bales - basically however much fits safely on 1 pallet; shared shed; you'll be responsible for ordering/delivery/etc.). I stock irrigated rhodes (often with a lick of lucerne, about 10-20%), grassy/lucerne mix (mainly 75/25, or 50/50 mixes), and prime lucerne, and invoice them on at cost. Since I can order bulk, I often get bulk-prices from my supplier. We have active, young (and want-to-be-young) adult riders on property that are eager to get out, compete, trail ride, take lessons. We are all uncomplicated, communicative, helpful, are enjoying each other's company, and part of a few organisations (RASDEG, EA,...). We are trainer-inclusive and don't discriminate :) Bring your own coach whoever you like to train you - they just need to have their own insurance (or be at their own risk). If you feel like you and your horse might be a good fit, feel free to reach out.

18.01.2022 Today’s big project was getting the Feedshed organised :) It’s looking phenomenal, thanks to Carlos for all his help :)

17.01.2022 Some nights ago we had stunning sunsets... Today was the day of a thousand rainbows :) Starting to feel like our home here is the golden pot!

13.01.2022 Please help us make an Equestrian Center in the Redlands a reality! This is particularly important to Equestrians in South East Queensland and North East NSW. Thanks to Emma Churchill for summarizing the issue so well and providing links to what each one of us can do. Please note, this is a numbers game. If you are a riding family, don't fill out one click per family - get each family member to give their input in some way shape or form. In a nutshell:...Continue reading

13.01.2022 Guess what is happening at Netherfield’s

13.01.2022 Morning Idyll at Netherfield’s :)

09.01.2022 Netherfield has a mascot :) Meet Scooby, a shetland gelding, who has moved in recently. While he gets to meet all the other inhabitants of the barn, and gets used to his new routine, we are in the process of cleaning up pastures, letting some rest, and cleaning up some stables, to hopefully open up another agistment spot soon. Watch this space :)

05.01.2022 Day 1 of Arena are-construction complete More to come tomorrow! Equestrian Land Developments Pty Ltd doing their best work Sooo excited!

05.01.2022 I have received a beautiful little testimonial from a former agistee here <3 Thank you so much, Steve P May - it was a pleasure having you and Saint here and I absolutely love seeing how beautiful you two are going now!

02.01.2022 While Winter is having us in its short, cold days kinda grip, we’re all happily trucking along. Critters large and small are being extraordinarily helpful with dragging the arena (Bug), filling the water troughs (Castor), and keeping our smiles wide (Scooby in the trails). We had a fair bit of rain over the last week (close to 20mm), so everything is a tad damp. At least we managed to get Garry from Rake It Up in time to give the arena a much needed do-over and it looks great. Now for it to dry up again so we can ride on it :) Happy trails everyone!

01.01.2022 2/8 dry stable yards for the horses improved and fixed up. The other 6 will follow over the next year or two one after another, little by little :) The rubber mats are a test, too, to see if they will hold up, and if they’ll be adopted for the others. Step 1 will definitely always be to get them as mud free as possible.... Then we’ll see how we go on the rubber side :) That being said, for now, it looks great! Thanks to John from Sherwood Enterprises, for your swift delivery & Hubby & Carlos for the help to get the yards laid out :)
