20.01.2022 Network Steadfast’s National #Claims team are continuing to deliver positive outcomes for our clients. Jennifer Magee from our Melbourne office recently helped clients Bernadette and Alex find suitable temporary accommodation after a tree fell on their home. While working quickly with Johns Lyng Group to ensure any further damage was limited, Jennifer was also in regular communications with the insurer to achieve a prompt and smooth outcome for our clients.... Jennifer’s attention to detail, empathy and approachability went a long way to ensuring our clients were informed and updated throughout the claim. A tree fell through the roof our bedroom and we were told we leave the house immediately. This was such a shock as we were going on holidays in a week. Jen was great right through the whole process, offering accommodation and she said to call anytime even though we were on holidays. I would rate Jennifer 10/10 for her service.
