25.01.2022 These stories break my heart but why I feel people should go to shelters before looking at puppies. Senior dogs may not be with you for as long as puppies but the feeling of giving a dog its remaining years its best couldn't be more rewarding. To rehab a dog that's had a hard life or suffering a condition and seeing it improve is so rewarding (if you have the ability to do this with time). Pets Haven is an amazing rescue service. Anyone looking for another dog please consider them

25.01.2022 This is the most painful post to date.... Netz Pampered Pets is once again having to close as of immediately until October 19th. Weve been trying to get clarification for the past 2 weeks exactly the go to with grooming and with a lot of us getting the go ahead from DHHS members and the Business Hotline along with in Dan Andrews 1st announcement stating fixed addresses i opened along with many other home groomers. In a press conference yesterday a journalist specifically aske...d the question can home groomers open or not where he stated he will get back to us. Then today he said no and we will be able to reopen along with mobile groomers on the 19th october. This is leaving many dogs in desperate need for their groom waiting even longer and to possibly get in even worse condition which upsets me so much and makes me feel useless. I will at some point try move everyone to the weeks from the 19th but with wks being booked up til November pls and i beg of you to pls understand this is not my fault and once again i will do whatever i can like always. I do understand if you do and will try to get in to retail salons and pls of you do let me know so i can take you off the list. All please stay safe and thanks for your understanding See more

23.01.2022 Yay so tomorrow is the big day!! Rest assured i have and am doing everything i can to fit everybody in who is requesting appointments but there is now a wait til October 23rd which only has a couple of spots left. There is a few on the cancellation list so i apologise there isnt any point putting any more on that until i get through most. Also anyone who has made future bookings leading up to xmas which may be affected due to their iso booking please contact me asap if needing to change any. 22.01.2022 I'm sure most of you would agree the importance of grooming opening earlier! If you haven't seen or heard the horrific stories coming out your lucky cos i have and its so very sad. Please refrain from any scissoring or clipping of your own..there are so many consequences! Im sure you all want what's best for your fur kids but that's trying to brush what you can and leave the rest to us professionals! Always feel free to call for advice

It is very hard for me to contact everyone at once mentally and emotionally as well as having a young child so I am doing it every couple of days. Please support us and in the comments below post any pics of your dogs who are missing out and are in desperate need of their regular hair clip Every day this movement is going further but its you, the dog owners, who need to help voice this. 19.01.2022 I am a bit nervous making any bookings currently as I have a strong feeling grooming will not be able to reopen on the 19th with covid numbers still fluctuating between 5 and over 10. With a lot of grooms that were moved to the wkend of 24th/25th if I am still shut I please recommend and ask for you to be available for wkdays as I will do extra days on opening. If you'd like to make an appointment I will happily make a list and days you are available but I will not make a date as of yet. I am trying to do priority grooms on these extra days but to me you are all priority and at the moment I'm guessing all dogs are urgent. I will contact future bookings as days go on. I hope everyone is staying safe and staying at home as much as possible. For now i am reopening on the 15th September where they so far have said we can but this could certainly change if numbers don't change. 11.01.2022 Not many days to go til reopening Netz Pampered Pets!!!! To ensure everything goes smoothly every day and safely i ask everyone who attends to follow a Covid safe plan. This will be mentioned below step by step but also will be sent on all confirmation msgs... COVID SAFE AS OF SEPT 28TH: * Masks are to be worn at all times by everyone attending drop off and pick up... * Please have 1 person dropping off and picking up unless you are really needing extra for any reason * Call once you have arrived to make sure i am ready and the previous dog has been picked up as i am super busy and owners arent always on time (sometimes at no fault of their own) * PLEASE try to drop off and pick up on time. You have your drop off time and i always try give you enough time for pick up. You have a rough idea of pick up especially if you have been here before. Grooming for a small dog barely ever exceeds 1hr so pls if i have not contacted you come even by that 1hr time in case msgs/calls have gotten lost * Drop off/pick up will be swift as again super busy but as well to have minimal contact. I love a chat but unfortunately in this time it sadly cant happen * Disinfectant will be used inbetween every appointment and if you wish for your dog to be picked up from the car inform me of this on your confirmation msg * On confirmation please inform me on what length clip you wish All i care about is everyone's safety so if that means you even wait for your dog in your car on the street to avoid minimal travel that is fine. 10.01.2022 **UPDATE: This petition has gone beyond any of us could have expected. Its now going on 11,700 with a new goal of 15,000 signatures within 2 days since the announcement. Dog grooming has become the new topic on radio stations, social media and news channels. With all this hard work that these amazing ladies have done fingers crossed it pays off and we get go open asap ** Ok this is the petition again lovelies!! Please everyone if you can sign. This is super super important. 1 thing about us groomers is we all stick together in these times and we are hard asses We are all contacting our local MPs to hopefully get us to open earlier. 10.01.2022 Yesterday we experienced something very scary and something i hadnt experienced as a dog owner yet (oddly) and never want to again My 2 Lenny and Bella are usually very good and when playing out the front with my daughter usually stay with us either playing or relaxing in the sun. But yesterday whatever it was was different. Very sadly Bella is getting older and is now 13.5 and reality is her mental state is changing. All i can think of is something scared her to give her r...easoning to run off in which Lenny followed. We are BEYOND lucky to have gotten both back safely. I still tear up now as it scared the bajeezus out of me but to have locals on the ball and just having noticed them when i was driving around screaming out to them they could tell me which exact direction they had gone. Lenny very quickly came home himself but Bella not so much. She was found a couple of blocks away having a couple of young girls trying to catch her. For us lucky that no cars were around and lucky that in this time a few ppl were out walking! I know these ppl most likely arent on my business page but i thank them for helping us get our dogs back. These 2 mean beyond the world to us and to not have them id be lost! Stupidly they did NOT have their collars on as i have trusted they would not run away. I beg everyone to have collars like below as tags can fall off. We have these and from now they WILL be wearing them 24/7!!!!!!! You just never know what can be going on in those little minds of theirs and it's up to us for others to contact us if they do go missing Stay Safe all See more

09.01.2022 I truly hope in these horrible difficult times of late everyone is ok. My mind is always thinking of all my beautiful clients and I am missing my work lots. With covid hitting and affecting my grooming friends I'm sure it's affected those of you who have needed your doggos groomed (I know mine do). Unfortunately I struggle to even bathe my 2 now and they are a mess! I'm hoping covid didn't affect you too much especially when we were then hit with such bad storms. We were lucky and just had plants ripped from the ground and lost power. Very little to what others got Please all stay safe! PS. No baby STILL isn't here. 37.5wks on!!

Tomorrow could be my last day for a while which is well and truly packed now but fingers crossed after the announcement (whenever that may be) we will still be classified as essential (as we are like c'mon we are) and i can remain open. 08.01.2022 I do apologise for any inconvenience to anyone but I am now fully booked for the remaining of 2020 This is great for me but not great for anyone who has left bookings to the last minute. I will NOT be opening any extra days as I already have opened to my maximum capabilities. Im more than happy to have people on a cancellation list just bare in mind the chances are minimal. If anyone does need to double check their appointments pls sms me but the beginning of December I will be contacting ALL december bookings to ensure everyone knows their date, time and the conditions. This is a crazy time for me working extra, having a nearly 3yr old and running around doing the usual everyday life. 06.01.2022 The Collins family are incredibly happy and excited to announce the arrival of our beautiful daughter Harper Valda Collins. She was born Tuesday 15th @ 11.35am via c-section. Weight : 3.46kgs Height : 48cms Everyone is doing very well! She is beyond adorable and we are so besotted with her. To have another beautiful princess has really brought the completion to our family. Ella is super stoked to now officially be that big sister, Lenny and Bella a little unsure about anothe...r little human and mummy and daddy just so in love Not only is this news but we have also purchased our next home!! As most of you know we sold our home in Croydon to purchase a bigger home. We have done this and will be located in Boronia as of August. It is still very unsure when I will start back to work so that post will be on a much later date. For now we will be enjoying our new little bubs and our new home when we get there See more

02.01.2022 Sadly the time has now come where I am officially closed and will be til further notice. I am now closed to go on maternity leave and have my 2nd bubba and find/move into a new home. I thank everyone for being my clients and great clients over the past number of years and thank all who gave the lovely gifts to our expectant bubs. I thank everyone who understood and was flexible over the past couple of wks when Ella was sick. Me and my dogs will thoroughly miss everyone and we... hope you all take care.
