21.01.2022 Big companies like Dell are finally catching up on how harmful artificial blue light can be. Especially if you're not getting enough sun and natural light. Sunrises and am sunlight are best and then late afternoon sun just before it goes down. During these times the UV is very low and the infrared light scale is what we want. It'll do wonders for your circardian rhythm, helps you produce vitamin D, reduces stress and boosts mitochondrial function. Do you drive to work to spend all day in an office, to drive home and spend all night indoors? Get out in the sun and feel the difference!
19.01.2022 Too good not to share. Wise words from Dr Joe Dispenza. Thoughts and emotions carry frequencies and vibrations. Positive will give a higher vibration coming from things like, love, joy, gratitude, excitement, forgiveness etc leading to feelings of joy, connection, satisfaction, and of course love and gratitude. The cells in our bodies flourish when being fed positive vibrations. The opposite happens when we feed them negative vibrations, feelings of anger, hate, resentment. ...Weather you hate your job, your boss, the place you're living. Our cells pick up on this and chronic disease or pain can come about when we don't work through them. Voice your problems, work towards change and watch how your body and mind will thank you. Practice gratitude - at the end of each day write down 3 - 5 things you're grateful for. Start as simple as the roof over your head, grateful to have a job that pays the bills, you may not like it but always find things to be grateful for. The difference it can make is insane, the sooner you start the sooner you'll start creating the reality you WANT to live in rather then just floating by
18.01.2022 Pain is just feedback from your body wanting to change. Find out what it is you may need to change. Sometimes it can take a while. But how long you suffer in that "pain" is entirely up to you. The longer you're in it the more of it your going to attract. Whatever you're thinking and believing the universe will show you ways to reinforce those traits. Be better than that! Taking care of yourself makes it easier for those around you to take care of themselves too. Lead by examp...le! Yes change is scary and uncomfortable, of course it is. You've never been there before! But what you've always done, will get you where you've always been. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing again and again expecting a different result. 15.01.2022 You are always enough Never forget that. Sometimes the brain see's and hears things, which need reactions. So we create these belief systems, for example you believing you're not enough. Which creates behavioural patterns, which can turn into habits. These can be any kind of habit which temporarily makes us feel better, drug and alcohol abuse, smoking, starving yourself while training hard to 'look' better so you 'feel' better. All sorts of things, never underestimate the... power of the human brain I used to but not anymore. Poor beliefs lead to poor behaviours which leads to poor results. Pain, depression, anxiety, skin disorders, gut issues, chronic and acute illness, the list really goes on. A lot of problems stem from the brain and our belief systems. We help our clients not only move better, but help to imprint new belief systems on the subconscious which leads to new behaviours which leads to new actions which will get the results you desire. If you're only working on the body and not the mind, you're missing big part of the picture! This stuff saved my life and it may just do the same for you!
14.01.2022 Learning how to deal with your stress is a big key Stress can wreak havoc on the body mind and spirit whether it's real or just a thought. Building conscious strength to be able to become aware of when we're putting unnecessary stress on ourselves can play a key role in how you feel day to day and how your body recovers and performs. ... A few things you can do to help build conscious awareness are Meditation - try sitting out in the sun with your bare feet on the earth. Sit still, take a few deep breaths, and simply ask the body. It will respond. Start small with 3-5 mins a day and add from there Get creative - free form writing, let thoughts flow and write them down good or bad, drawing, painting or other artistic hobbies Exercise! A form of exercise with a heavy focus on breath is a good start, there's plenty of ways to access yoga just search YouTube! Personally most of my training involves a state of flow Body work - a good massage, meridian therapy, kinesiology are all great ways to soothe the body mind and soul to allow the positive thoughts to flow freely as you work on releasing emotions in fascia you'll move better and feel better Talk it out! - with a friend, a colleague of even a therapist, don't let the energy from the negativity stagnant and store in your fascia. Voice it, get it out! If you find it hard dealing with your stress, I suggest first looking at your environment and diet. 07.01.2022 Practice gratitude daily. As a society we're always told what we have isn't good enough or that we're not doing enough. There's always something to be grateful for, it may seem tough at times but it could always be worse. Your shoulders sore? There's someone out there that wished they had an arm to use to be able to get a sore shoulder. Every night I write down 5 things I'm grateful for, start simple, express gratitude for things like the clothes on your back or the roof ...over your head. Try not to repeat things, so as time goes on you're going to have to sift through your day to find things you're grateful for. This will train the brain into naturally looking for things to be grateful for rather than jumping straight to the negative.
