11.01.2022 Due to COVID19 I am unable to see anyone at the clinic and this effects my ability to provide Neurotherapy, Biofeedback and LLL therapy. 09.01.2022 One of our counsellors Richard, is currently undertaking a PhD and is looking for participants for his research questionnaire below: "This is a questionnaire looking at psychological constructs connected to the Eastern contemplative traditions. I have created a few measures and am looking into things like self-transcendence, nonattachment, mindfulness, and nonattachment-to-ego. I think these are pretty cool topics and definitely need to play a greater role in Western psychol...ogy. The survey takes approx 30-40 minutes and has quite a few interesting questions requiring some self-reflection. I know its a bit of time but you can save and come back to it. It is also a great way to procrastinate from whatever else you are doing. I would greatly appreciate your participation. and please share it if you think anyone else would be interested. 01.01.2022 Mindfulness for Health & Happiness: Gardening is a great Mindfulness practice and doesnt have to be hard physical work. Succulents, contrary to common belief, are not boring. And there are so many varieities to explore: cacti, , orchids, bromelaids, aloes, Tillandsias (air plants) and lithops (living rocks) to just name a few. None of these require back breaking gardening just a few small pots (or some larger ones) or in the case of air ferns - a small space anywhere with light and air will do to hang about. As resillient as they are they still all need a little attention once in a while ..... and in return will bless you with the most exquisite flowers Here are a couple of our common and not so common succulents

01.01.2022 Both our pain and our suffering are truly our path, our teacher. While this understanding doesnt necessarily entail liking our pain or our suffering, it does liberate us from regarding them as enemies we have to conquer - Ezra Bayda
