11.01.2022 Mum - what a very small word to describe the most complex state of being. To be a Mum, it is a joy, it is a challenge, it is heart break, but most of all it is the deepest of loves. What we unfortunately do not have is an endless amount of ourselves to constantly give out. So on this Mother’s Day I hope you are all given the time to feel recharged.... Remember... ‘You cannot pour from an empty cup, take care of yourself first’. Happy Mother’s Day!
