22.01.2022 New training sessions have started again. We will be training at 0830 for the next 11 Saturday mornings at South Perth foreshore. 19.01.2022 Marathon training quickly turned into rehab training due to shin splints. Thanks to James Debenham, I am making genuine progress with my running. _____________________________________ Same goal...just a different marathon now. Keep perspective, stay patient and adapt to circumstances. Let the rest flow.

15.01.2022 My good mate Rick asked for my help 7 weeks ago. I wrote him up a program and changed a few of his nutritional habits. Nothing magical, just some good old fashioned effort and smarter choices. The photo on the left is 40 days since starting the program. Rick has already lost 5cm off his waist and gained some lean muscle. Proud of you mate!
15.01.2022 Comparing yourself to other people is a pointless exercise. Everyone has their own story, limitations, genetics and abilities. I will never look like The Rock or Ben Cousins, that is reality. I do, however, have the ability to improve and become a better version of myself. The photo above is from 2013 when I won a transformation contest with Jason Ferruggia. Over 3 years later I eat better, train better and am in better shape than back then. Gradual and consistent improvement is what we should strive for. Set yourself lofty but realistic goals to better yourself, and more importantly, help other people.
