20.01.2022 Hope Is the Light. To our dear clients, in regards to the decisions made today by the Victorian Govt to extend the Lockdown due to Covid19, we will not be opening our doors on the original planned date of September 17th 2020. According to Metro Melbourne's specific reopening roadmap, we possibly may be allowed to reopen from October 26th 2020. We are so disappointed it has come to this but we will find a way to push through it together.... To all our clients that have made appointments, we will contact you as soon as we can to reschedule. We currently have 6+ weeks worth of clients to get through, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. We will endeavour to do our very best to assist you all safely, following all measures. The Team at Nevo send all our love and wish you only good health. Let us all try to be the light for eachother, when things are tough.

19.01.2022 Nevo is pleased to inform you that we have re opened our doors! We will be following all Government measures and social distancing rules in order to make our dearest valued Staff and Clients feel safe and comfortable whilst in our Salon. HERE IS OUR RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN:... -First and foremost, we ask all clients to kindly STAY HOME if you have a fever, cough, flu-like symptoms, or feeling generally unwell. We will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment to a later date. -We have temporarily derived a plan of action where our Staff will be split into 2 teams which means they will be available at different times. This, in turn, will lead to less crowding in the salon. You may also be required to change your appointment to support these safety standards. -Upon arrival for your appointment temperature checks will be conducted. Staff will also be checked as soon as they arrive at work. Staff and clients will be sent home if temperature is over 38C. A Non contact thermometer will be used. -We have introduced social distancing practices by ensuring one station is left inoperative between clients. -We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone during this time. (Babies and toddlers exempted, with one parent assisting). This ensures less crowding. -Hand Sanitizers are placed upon each station, and dotted around Salon for all clients and staff to use. -Regularly disinfecting and sanitizing all areas and tools with hospital grade disinfectant. -We will not be providing magazines to help stop cross contamination. Please bring a book or your own entertainment equipment. -We will be using disposable drinking cups. Lastly, we THANK YOU so much for your love, support and understanding during this time. 19.01.2022 To All our Beautiful and Loyal Clients, As you all know, as of Wednesday 5th August (11.59pm), we will be closing our doors for 6 weeks. If you have an appointment during this time, expect a call from us within the next 2 days. We will try to assist you the best way possible. We will be taking appointments this Tuesday and Wednesday (4th +5th) while following the current restrictions and curfew times. ... The Road for many will be long, but we can only hope we are headed in the right direction. This will only be possible if we all listen to and respect the rules that have been put into place. 18.01.2022 GREAT NEWS!! We are so delighted to announce that the VIC Gov't has allowed hairdressers to re-open! We will be spending the whole day Monday getting the salon ready, so we can welcome you all back in a clean, tidy and Covid-safe environment, from Tuesday 20/10.... We are in the process of contacting every client with existing appointments, as well as getting in touch with clients who are on a waiting list. If you already have an appointment booked, please help us by replying to the confirmation text message as soon as possible. In regards to booking appointments, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we get through a large number ofmessages.If you need to contact us regarding an appointment, please call us on 9888 2701 and leave a message with your name contact number. We ask that you please attend your confirmed appointment alone when possible (babies&toddlers exempt of course). This will help us keep the number of people in the salon in accordance with our Covid-Safe plan. Lastly, but so importantly, we'd like to express our love and thoughts to all Victorians, let's build our city back to good health, mentally and physically.
