13.01.2022 A conversation that i just had and i wanted to share part of if with you all to make you aware of our goals and to prove that we really do wear our hearts on our sleves 99% of the time and its not just for show on the night of the event.. "There's no make a wish for parents, or families with older kids.. not unlike your mum im sure but my dad was given no funding, no time n certainly no last wishes even when we begged the drs to tell us how long so we could plan a family ho...liday... i want to be able to fund equipment hire, for ease of care and or a small family break for one or two local families, to be able to give them the last week we never had, that piece of equipment to save a mums back from lifting and moving my dad 23 out of 24 hours a day trying to make him comfortable, that extra funding for a comfortable chair to save my dad's pride when he falls out and has to ask his girls to pick him back up .." Theres so many things that are hidden and taken away from parents with older kids .. ages 40-55 go through it almost with no help at all , help us help them... find us two families that desperately need some wishes to come true...
