24.01.2022 After falling in love with the look travelling, the Owners wanted a rustic European brick look as an entry/hall feature. It could be faked or you could spend an inordinate amount of time searching far and wide and finding genuine old school rustic bricks to provide the look, as the owner did. It's an important element and it really helps if the Builder and the Bricky understand that and then embrace the concept with the Owner. The results speak for themselves. Well done to our Bricky Wes and his boys for caring and producing a great result. Look at those margins !! Some more interesting things happening in this funky beachside place so we'll come back with more a bit further down the track

23.01.2022 The beachside beauty is finished! Special thanks to Pete & Carlu for being good customers and for working with us to create a very stylish home. One of the best in the street I was told. True story. They selected great colours and lovely finishes and have created something they are justifiably proud of. It is a great part of the world there with a beautiful beach across the road to enjoy for many years to come. Congrats and thanks again guys.

Unlike back then, hand made trusses are pretty rare so it's a real treat when you actually get to work with them. The Owners love them and in their own words - "Without exception, every visitor to our home walks in and gasps at the trusses and the effect they make. We absolutely love them". Another beautiful home.

11.01.2022 This one came in yesterday - To the New Designer Homes Team I would highly recommend (and have) Graham and his team at New Designer Homes. From our initial consultation, the onsite meeting with the designer and our subsequent discussions, they were helpful, collaborative and very genuine in their desire to help us have the home that we dreamed of.... His internal staff and the project manager, Don, pulled together various tradesman to make sure the build remained on schedule and on budget, and we feel very lucky to have had a wonderful experience with them Tony & Vikki Cole Moffat Beach

05.01.2022 We handed this home over last Friday. There were a few extra things to organise to suit the Owners wheelchair requirements and it all turned out well. Thanks for the kind words Warren, the whole team appreciates it. Hi Graham... Thank you for building my new house, the whole project has been a smooth and enjoyable process and the outcome was exactly what I had wanted all along. Your office staff were very polite and helpful at all times and always easy to contact. Your on site supervisor and all other staff do an excellent job, keeping the build clean and moving ahead and all the subbies you use are of high quality.
