19.01.2022 An exciting day has been had.. Was fortunate to be invited to view the Pacifico Property development at Casuarina Drive Goonellabah by a friend. It is selling like hot cakes with the majority of the first stage almost sold. $350,000- $360,000. With the big need for affordable housing in this area I can understand why. Managed to talk to a lady who may list her house to be able to buy a cheaper property in this development. The phone has been ringing off the hook this afternoon with property enquiries...who said the market is slowing down?

The paw of approval has been given...haha So Bettina will be providing administrative support to learn the ropes of the business, whilst studying to achieve her qualifications. Once she has done this she can spread her wings a little and become a more visible presence. I think we are going to get along so well, Bettina is a kind and gentle person who I am really going to enjoy having around. The cat likes her too!
