17.01.2022 Barraba last night. The community turned out to help get us back in the air. Thanks to the event organizers, the artists that performed and the wonderful people of Barraba and surrounding areas. The dance floor was a busy place all night and it was kept busy by brilliant artists such as Sami (pictured below) . Thanks to everyone who supported the night.

12.01.2022 Prime 7 are coming to Ashford Airstrip tomorrow morning at 9am. NEVAT will be talking about our immenent ceasing of operations. I spoke with The Northern Daily Leader this afternoon about this very real possibility. They will run a story this week. I was asked about some things which our Federal Member of Parliament and Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce said. I corrected Mr Joyce's errors and I look forward to tomorrow correcting even more. I feel so strongly about these e...rrors needing to be corrected, I will be doing the 3 hour drive to Ashford Airstrip in the morning. This will truly be NEVAT'S last chance to survive. Although with Parliament now dissolved until the Federal Election on July 2 we have no way of achieving any Federal funding before that date. Tony Windsor who is running against Barnaby Joyce has already said he is keen to restore our funding should he be re elected. Barnaby Joyce has made no such commitment . David Roach President NEVAT. 10.01.2022 We found another way to help a New England resident. No thanks to either our Federal or State member of Parliament. Details on our latest patient transfer will appear soon. Sadly though our funds are drying up. We need the community to support us if we are to have hope to continue helping others in the future. Now has never been a better time to help. 10.01.2022 Without going into specific details, NEVAT received a request today that we cannot ignore. We will do the flight and I do hope that the Politicians get to hear of this and other such flights.

10.01.2022 NEVAT is currently trying to obtain a New Government Grant for Flying Operations, as we lost our NSW government Yearly grant with government cuts over the past 2 years. MOre than ever we need the communities support to fund this vital medical Air Transport Company
