25.01.2022 Tuesday- Package of the Day This large 3 bedroom has a Theatre and a Games room (which could be converted to a 4th bedroom or a kids activity room). My clients love this house because from the kitchen you can see all your family and guests through to the Alfresco.... It is a very social friendly house. Also, by having the Theatre at the front, if gives more privacy to the Master Bedroom at night, from other cars or people walking their dog. I’m spending more time educating and empowering my clients to know exactly what house will fit on what size block.... This allows them to go out and look for blocks in areas they like and even put the deposit down in the block, knowing that they house they like, will fit.
