23.01.2022 Premixing a new feature length documentary ‘Heretic’ for planned theatrical release in November.

21.01.2022 New Hope Media is still working but we are instigating ‘social distancing’ measures as recommended by health authorities. We can, as we have often done in the past for remote clients, accept work delivered via internet transfer and deliver mixes and edits for preview via the same methods. Let’s reduce the spread of COVID-19 by taking simple but prudent precautions.

19.01.2022 Final mixing for Darien Law’s Tier 4 AFTT Major Project ‘Sorry For The Inconvenience’ has been completed in New Hope Media’s studio in both 5.1 surround and stereo.

15.01.2022 So pleased to announce that the short feature ‘Bernard’, directed by Olly Geyl and produced by Jake Brennan and William Besly of Powerhouse Pictures, has been selected for the 2020 St Kilda Film Festival. I completed the sound edit and mix in 5.1 surround at New Hope Media’s studio in late 2019.

11.01.2022 This was the final concert that John Denver performed in Australia. It was recorded for release on 12" Video disc with the B side being a Karaoke version minus John's vocals. I mixed this concert, which was recorded on 3 x Sony PCM-800 Digital Audio Recorders linked together as a 24 track, in the audio facilities at ABC TV, Gore Hill, Sydney, Australia on 23rd December 1994. John came in to the studio a week earlier and recorded two short overdubs, one vocal and one guitar as replacement tracks for two songs but the rest of the sound is mixed from the 24 track as recorded on the night. 06.01.2022 Paul Barakat’s debut feature film Kairos is rightly called a masterpiece by Flimink. Proud to have had the opportunity to mix this film.
