01.01.2022 7 years ago I was the most inflexible person I knew. I began practicing yoga to improve my emotional wellbeing. I would never have begun this journey to improve my flexibility, who enjoys stretching when you bad at it?!... With a focus on mindfulness & emotional resilience, I began to see each form or pose I moved into was about finding pure concentration - this peacefulness kept me coming back to my mat.
