24.01.2022 I hope everyone had a great night and got plenty of sleep. Did you toss and turn last night? Did you wake and could not get back to sleep? Did you get out of bed this morning with joint pain?... I'm no doctor or sleep therapist but if you answered yes to any of these can you please keep track of how often this occurs, if it is happening more often then not then let's have a chat . 20.01.2022 Waking up to another beautiful day. I hope you had a great sleep, if not, you need to look at yesterday's post. Is your morning pick me up an energy drink?... Can you pronounce some of those ingredients in the energy drinks? Do you know what the chemicals do long term? 12.01.2022 Yesterday I had an amazing and physically grueling day with a great group of people at Newcastle Karate. A few people have mentioned that they are still a little tired and sore after the huge workout that we had. Today I have woken up with no pain and able to walk and move freely.... After the hard session I went home and applied my pain relief mixture to all injuries and my knees for a precaution then rested for 15 mins and continued on with my day. I have been using the mixture for 3 weeks now and am loving the results of little to no pain the day after training. If you are interested in working towards less pain after training, no matter what sport or activity, please let me know so that we can get together and discuss your options. 02.01.2022 Welcome to the first post in STYLE Shane Toms Young Living Essentials. Please take a few minutes from your busy schedule so that I can help you on this journey called life, your LIFESTYLE. I have just spent a weekend with some amazing people who have a shared purpose in that we help as many people improve their lives with chemical free wellness products for mind and body.... I can help you, and to do this I need a commitment from you. To make a change you need to INVEST in yourself. Every few months I have to close my office for the day, travel to and from Sydney in that 'peak hour' (which seems to last a lot longer than an hour) and keep up to date with the latest changes within the accounting field. It costs me $$ to attend and I also lose $$ because I am not in the office, but I need my professional education so that I can help my clients with the latest developments. My martial arts instructor invests time and money every week to improve his skills and knowledge in order to help his students improve their skills. We need to invest in ourselves! At present I know too many people that are so busy with work, family, kids, friends and other activities that they forget about themselves. They don't 'take five' or 'recharge the battery' or just rest. They are so busy with everything that is going on and then get so tired they wake up at 3am and can't get back to sleep because they start thinking about what happened yesterday and what today will bring even before it has started. With the increased stresses in our lives and current lifestyle our health is deteriorating in one way or another. Whether it's the bigger belly, unwanted kgs, high blood pressure, joint pain etc it's making us sick and sick before our time. My journey starts today, join me on the path to better health, naturally and chemical free. Stay tuned.....
