20.01.2022 I once read a book called the The Dream Giver. The (page 6) Preface comment went something like this: "No matter where I travel in the world ... I have yet to find a person who didnt have a dream. They may not be able to describe it. They may have forgotten it. They may no longer believe in it. But its there. I call this universal and powerful longing a Big Dream. Like the genetic code that describes your unique passions and abilities, your Big Dream has been woven into... your being from birth. Youre the only person with a Dream quite like yours. And you have it for a reason: TO DRAW YOU TOWARD THE KIND OF LIFE YOU WERE BORN TO LOVE!" (emphasis mine) How inspirational! This is also what New Windows of Opportunity is about. May I encourage you to dream ... and, of course, to read my book. May you live the kind of life that you were born to love!

20.01.2022 For 5 weeks I rented a 17th Century farmhouse in the French region of Provence. It was near lAbbaye de Snaque Gordes (pictured below). The purpose of renting the farmhouse was to write one of my books. After seeing the movie, "Midnight in Paris", Im inspired to write my next book in France; preferably Paris. One can only dream!

19.01.2022 Reading goals and plans? In the midst of responsibilities in a fast-paced world, I find that its important to have strategies to make time to read the books that I love. In 2017, the total books read was 19; which included spiritual, biographical, fiction and French-related. As well as enjoying my 2018 books, Id like to supersede my 2017 score; so, its time to pick-up the momentum!

My sister was a Primary School Teacher and, between the ages of 5-12, would always buy me a book as a gift; but, at that age I was always doing something outrageously fun outdoors. On a wet, cold family vacation, I found the first book in which I connected, and reading books is now one of my favourite hobbies!
