01.01.2022 3 most important lessons my client share with me during his transformation : - 1) Patience : - All too often i see people in a hurry to achieve a fitness/physique goal without having any significant prior experience or foundation to begin with. Think of the first time you learned to ride a bicycle or drive a car or studied Math in school. Were you able to master it within a day or a month or 3 months . Then stop looking for quick results. Fitness too is a skill that deve...lops over time by continual practice. 2) Dicipline : - In my opinion this is one on the greatest virtues most lack , especially with their fitness goals . Dicipline is in setting a structured plan and making sure you get it done no matter what life throws at you. Do not confuse dicipline with motivation. Motivation is fleeting and unreliable, Dicipline however is unyeilding & forces you to follow through ! 3) Fall in love with the process : - " do the work " Perform your duty with generosity and forget what will be the outcome of that particular duty. Don't get me wrong, this doesn't mean that you are absolutely oblivious about your actions. Having a structured plan in place and implementing it is key and so is being self aware & knowing that you are progressing in the right direction . However, being always worried , anxious or overthinking about the results, goal will make you to lose control of your actions in the present.
