06.01.2022 With the lightening on restrictions and recent updates I am now offering yoga sessions outside on tueday evenings 7pm -8pm spaces will be limited so you will need to book max 5 people. Weather permitting If you want to practice yoga indoors at home. I am running yoga sessions via zoom on monday and Thursday night 7-8pm .
