But the reality is that our body is designed to use Crawling patterns in life.. In fact it was once a necessary movement to survive. It gives our members epic results. One of members this morning actually said, "They have been to A LOT of gyms and they all have cliques where people feel don't talk to you. The people here (NB) talk to everyone, there's no cliques".. Another incident this week alone, we had a member say "they joined for the fitness, but stayed for the family."... We are not bias at all, but simply stating the people's experiences they have with our culture. I know most people don't care about culture, but we care. We care about people feeling welcomed and supported in their journey. It's important if you want to enjoy the fitness part as well. 17.01.2022 As we go into our final week of the year, we have reflected on the past year. With all the chaos, all the struggle stuff that many have had to learn to overcome, including ourselves.. we have chosen not to focus on it and shed light on the great parts our year! Hopefully we can inspire you to do the same. We have met many new people who have come through our doors, faced new challenges that we'd never experienced before, grown together as a business and as partners, Learnt... to take more shots and keep grinding forward. We have learnt so many valuable things in life.. We are truly grateful. This wouldn't have been possible without our amazing crew we are honoured to have a part of our team, The people that have given us the chance to grow, that have given support even though they didn't have to. It feels much better to walk into a place where every one is working towards similar goals, introduces themselves, says gday.. 14.01.2022 Real Talk Friday. Getting strong and mobile isn't about doing it for numbers or leader boards. It's about doing it to be able to do cool practical that we are biologically designed to do. We'd love to know. Do you train for numbers, or do you train to improve for life?

13.01.2022 Have you ever been uncertain on the strategy that's best for you? Maybe you have tried a bunch of things sporadically and had only sporadic results... It's a thing in the fitness space that we see happen a lot..There are so many things to focus on, which one do you need, what will help you most etc... You either don't do any of them, or you do but hit it with inconsistency because you are uncertain.. You don't want to go to all the effort and not get results. We had a member ...join recently who had an experience with this.. They were a little uncertain about if we were right for them. But that all changed when we sat down before joining and brainstormed their stuff, our stuff and made sure we were a match made in heaven... In fact.. We do this with every new human that wants to train with us.. Why? Because we might not be right for you.. There may be an option that would suit you better. But there's also a chance we can absolutely crush your goals and build something special with you as well. Either way its helpful to know & most people that sit down with us, we can help. But the point of this is because if you keep changing your strategy, you keep changing your ability to get results. It's valuable to know if the strategy is one that works for you. Then, you can have a sole focus to get after your goals and know that it will work. If you want some help figuring out a strategy to build a body that lasts and feels amazing. 13.01.2022 When we try to do everything ourselves, we often become overworked and frankly... We get burnt out. A few months go by and we begin picking up the pieces again, the intentions are good.. But the same thing happens again.. The thing is, when we try to do too much at once, the quality of your living pays the price. It's a circle that can be hard to avoid.... Here at NB, we have a specific system that takes all the Struggle off of our members and allows them to grow rapidly. A few of our members are at the start of this phase right now.. We have taken all the guess work away and implement the specific processes that will take them out of the vicious cycle and into what we call the Evolution Cycle. It's all about getting results and making it easy. If you are feeling like you need some help with this.. We can sit down together and map out a plan of what it might look like for you.. 11.01.2022 We often get asked how we got started with NB..."it so different from everything else & way cooler than other things they have done". It's a bit of a long story...But I'm a keep it short. We started out through a couple of other centres that were focused on specific sport based specialties, rented out halls down in nambucca, sawtell, boambee, woolgoolga and had a quickly growing clientele base.... The stuff we were coaching was focused around making fitness quality-based for everyday humans. It was hard to go to a gym and not feel intimidated or like you had to wear matching clothes etc. As our style evolved it became something that was reflective of being parents ourselves, we didn't have a lot of time to worry about the stuff that didn't work but still wanted to take of our health, and a lot of our tribe had the same outlook. As the years past, we grew to a level where our vision needed a home base. We were eventually able open our own facility.. a space for people to access nutrition coaching, strength & Movement, yoga and combat. We built something that was not just a gym, But a community of people that were sick of regular commercial style gym environments and wanted to take a stand against poor gym culture & having to wear shoes when you train. We built this with the help of our community and every one that has been apart of our journey so far. Thankyou to all those people (you know who you are).. We have been able to build something for the people. A program designed to take everyday humans to a level of fitness and health that allows more freedom each day to do the activities you want, more balance in physical capabilities so you can achieve a lifetime of high quality sustainable movement. Here's Rhondas shoutout to you guys Coffs City Physie ... Shout out to Coffs City Physie. For 5 yrs I watched my daughter strut her stuff on the physie floor, happy to watch her achieve her PB's, but secretly shelving physie as a not for me thing (insert eyeroll). I raced motorcross and did martial arts as a kid - lipstick and leotards were for the A grade Biatches! This yr I thought - what the hell, and I joined the ladies online during covid. I was seeking friendship, fun and fitness ... and I got bucket loads. My sides hurt after class, from laughter. (And occassionally, it is acceptable to bring wine lol). Coffs City Physie helped start my journey to NB and hopefully to health and happiness. You guys are an inspiration..
