15.01.2022 As our clients would be aware we have been quite busy with appointments and surgery spots being booked out well ahead of time. We would like to thank our clients for their patience in getting appointments and booking in surgery, especially when we are fully booked and clients are willing to go onto our wait list, and at times waiting once they arrive to see us. To allow us to see as many pets as we can each day we ask our clients to take note of the following:... 1)Please ensure you book an appointment - the exception of course being emergencies which we will always see. Also if your pet has more than one health concern please let us know as we will allocate a longer appointment. 2)Please ensure you book one appointment per pet that you need to bring in - ie we cant see 2 pets in one appointment slot as it means we will run into the next clients booking. 3) Please do inform us if you have a preferred Vet to see when booking in. 4) If you book an appointment and can no longer make it please do call to cancel when you get your reminder text as it allows us to then give the booking to someone else. While it isnt possible to fill a missed appointment we always have someone willing to take a cancellation spot. 5) Please update your contact details at your next visit as we send text message reminders for health checks due as well as appointment reminders and confirmations. We also now have an active message reply service so you wont have to call unless have to rebook or cancel. This not only allows us to run our appointments as smoothly as possible but more importantly ensures your pet gets the the time required to deal with their visit/health concerns. 07.01.2022 NOTICE TO CLIENTS RE UPCOMING BREAK As the holiday season is fast approaching we would like to let our clients know we will be taking a longer than usual break this year. This year has been a tough one for everyone. Veterinary Hospitals remained open, have been busier than usual during the Covid 19 pandemic and staff have been working hard to keep up with increased caseloads. ... As a result we are all in need of a bit of downtime to recharge before the new year. We will remain open as normal until Xmas Eve - we will be open for emergencies and medication collections only until 1pm on 24/12. We will then be closed until January 3rd and resume normal trading on Monday January 4th. If your pet is a patient that is on regular medication we still have time for you to get your orders in / collect in time, please call to place your orders or send us a Facebook message. We thank you for understanding that all our staff will be having a much needed break before returning refreshed for 2021.

07.01.2022 We have had a deceased cat brought into us today. While the cat is microchipped the registration details are not up to date so we cannot contact the owner. The cat was found locally. If you are missing a cat please contact us to provide a description of your cat - if description matches / the cat is yours will will require proof of ownership to release to its owner.
