16.01.2022 We are pleased to announce that the scheduled opening of the brand-new Wallan East Family and Children’s Centre will be at the end of 2020! The construction of the centre will commence in August 2020. Kindergarten enrolments are now open via the Mitchell Shire Council website, with Kindergarten programs scheduled to commence from Term 1 in 2021. This is a fully funded project, creating a shorter and direct route for motorists between the Hume Freeway and the entire area. The upgrade will allow residents to see a reduction in traffic congestion in peak travel times, whilst significantly improving the safety for locals getting on the freeway!...
