12.01.2022 Ok all hunter's out there get ready for our 1st knife field test. Knife: Connelly Skinner. Blade and Bolster - 440C S/S Blades also available in feathered Damascus (As per photo's) Handle - Different handle materials are available (Not all in stock). Ranging from Stag, Bone or different color resins.... Test : We have tested this knife extensively over the last few months and have found it simply amazing for usability, and for being able to hold an edge. On numerous outings the knife has proven itself as bullet proof and a breeze to clean. The last photo is one of the knives used for testing and is custom Buffalo horn. During our last hunt I dressed and skinned out three Deer on a particular day and even thou I carry a full set of Swabo's in my pack for this job. I could not stop going back to the skinner, while all the other knives continued to fall the skinner held its own. After all I was trying to test this knife through all situations. Even after returning to camp just a quick flick on the steel brought it back to new. Outcome : Very happy with the performance of this knife in the field and highly recommend it to any hunter as probably the only knife you will need to carry. Comes with nice leather sheath. Damascus is very special with some nice carbon feathering matched perfectly with the Ram horn handle combined with black and yellow pad inlay to bring the natural colours through the horn and the fit is perfect.
