19.01.2022 There is no questioning the profound sadness felt with the loss of a baby or child. The impact this has on a family is devastating. Today is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day - a day we would gather for a service to remember the young lives no longer with us. As this is not possible this year, let us remember them in other ways: visiting their memorial, lighting a candle, taking a moment of silence, or by sharing photos or memories.

19.01.2022 RU ok? Today, throughout the country, we take the time to ask each other if we are ok, but this is a question we need to be asking every day. In such challenging times don't forget to check in with each other and ask RU ok? For tips on how to ask visit https://www.ruok.org.au/how-to-ask

08.01.2022 From fires to isolation, this year more than ever has presented everyone with challenges. We have been kept apart to keep us safe; however, in doing so has presented different obstacles to overcome impacting the mental health of many within our community. It is now more than ever essential to take notice of our own and those we love's mental wellbeing. 08.01.2022 Moving through 2020 has presented challenges for all. During these times it is important to remember to be thankful for the things in life that bring us joy, no matter how small - a flower blooming outside your window; a call from a friend; time spent getting lost in a favourite novel; or simply taking a walk through your garden. It is recognising these simple pleasures and being grateful for them that help us continue through. What are you grateful for? - World Gratitude Day 2020
