The first time I visited Newcastle City Subaru the atmosphere was completely different than anywhere I’ve been previously. The staff weren’t pushy. They were polite and asked if I needed help. I said I’m just looking for now and not ready to buy. Tom reassured me if I needed help he can show me the different features about the car. He gave us time to look around without pressure.
