06.01.2022 Teledermatologist is a ground breaking Telehealth service providing access to much needed Medical Specialists to rural and remote communities across Australia. A critical role in this service is performed by the Coordinator. The Coordinator ensures the experience for the patient and the Specialist is seamless and straightforward whilst juggling priorities around timetables, time-zones, consult times and patients in a friendly professional manner.... The Coordinator will also play a vital role in maintaining relationships with existing referring GP clinics and marketing our service to potential customers/clinics. The Coordinator will possess: - Very good organisational skills - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Have an eye for detail and passion to get things right - A medical reception/administration background would be advantageous but not essential. This role requires a high degree of flexibility regarding work flow and weekly hours of work that depends on the volume of consults performed. The hours of work are variable but would start at a minimum of 15 hours per week. The role can be performed either in our Newcastle clinic or from home, or a combination of both.
