At Newcastle City Farmers Market you can get strawberrries from family owned and run farms like Garden Fresh down the end of Eat St, Putrino Strawberries near the car park (that's where you'll find Donna who often dresses up in a strawberry suit) and Medowie grown strawberries from Little Tin Shed farm. For bananas try Mountain Mist on Eat St and Ushers Bananas, while Mark the Appleman brings to market his Batlow apples with Spreyton bringing to market a range of Tasmanian grown apples from a small fourth-generation farm. Our newest apple supplier is Nashdale Fruit who bring apples grown at Young. At Lake Macquarie City Farmers Market you'll find Putrino and Garden Fresh with strawberries, Mark the Appleman and Spretyon with apples and Mountain Mist with bananas. At Wyong Farmers Market you can find Putrino and Garden Fresh with strawberries along with Mark the Appleman and Spreyton.
