25.01.2022 Are you new or willing to learn how to referee floorball? Do you just need a referee refresher course? Or do you just want to be able to understand basic rules?... Well you're in luck because we have the wonderful Leith 'Tomma' Woods from Floorball Australia holding an online zoom meeting to Floorball Refereeing. Great refresher for all referees, good knowledge for players and new referees. 23.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE TO C GRADE DRAW Hi all, The draw for tomorrow nights games has been updated to accommodate for the time the PCYC has given us. Games will now ...be earlier. We will update the draw for future times and send it out sometime this week but please note this weeks games are now as follows: 6:40- Junior Greens vs Zenith 7:20- Junior Yeetis vs Stingrays 8:00- The Goal Diggers vs Poltergiest 3 Please note there is a change to the second and third game this week. This is due to a supply of referees for the games. Could you please respond to this email so we know you have received it and are aware of the updates. NFA

18.01.2022 Hey guys, Here is a little update on how we are planning on running juniors this year. 5:30-6:30 pm = we will be running the juniors only training and games for any juniors not listed below 6:30-7:00 pm = we will have FREE training for all juniors playing in C div... 7:00 pm = first juniors team (Juniors green) to play in C div 7:40 pm = second juniors team (juniors yeetis) to play in C div please note once every 5 weeks these teams will both play 7 pm against each other The reason we have made these changes are so the older and more skilled players can develop themselves in our developmental division while the younger and developing juniors can step up and take control of the game in juniors and push themselves. These are the teams so far but have room for more stronger and older players who join Juniors Green (wearing green): Alazar Ezra Oliver Dominic Nathaniel with older players to lead and teach them Juniors Yeetis (wearing pink or red if dont have pink this week): Tanaya Saxon Jayden Chloe Aidan with older players to lead and teach them If there are any problems this week or any of the following ones please contact us and we can sort it out :)

17.01.2022 Hi all. Our season starts this Monday for B grade. Tuesday for Juniors and C grade and Wednesday for A grade. The Round 1 draw will be out tomorrow or Sunday. W...e are just doing some last minute shuffling of some teams and times so we apologise for the late notice. An official draw should be out next week. See more

11.01.2022 Guys don’t forget that tonight at 7pm we have an online meeting where we will be going over the rules of Floorball. Although this is really important for umpires we suggest anyone playing who can attend does as this will help you understand Floorball and it’s rules and how it is different from other sports like hockey and ice hockey. If any kids have questions just write them down and ask josh either in person when you see him next or send a message to this page and he will reply

Are you interested in showing your friends how awesome floorball is for a low cost? We have the solution for you... Our come and try night!! This night is open to men, women and children of all ages and abilities. WHERE: PCYC Lake Macquarie - Lake St, Windale NSW 2306 (Same venue as our competition rounds) WHEN: Tuesday 6th of October 6pm-7pm COST: Only $5 for the whole hour of Floorball. 08.01.2022 Don't forget. Registration for teams OR if you don't have one you can register individually. It closes October 9th! So get everything sorted early so we can get... you in a team or lock in your team colour. You can register here https://www.newcastlefloorball.org/registration It's looking like C grade will possibly run on a tuesday night this year starting at around 7-730pm. This will allow longer C grade AND B grade games (for the monday night). One more thing. It seems the rego portal for Floorball Australia where you pay your rego fee is down at the moment. Once it is back up and running we will notify you immediately.

All members shared that the course was v...ery interesting and extremely helpful to their knowledge of the game and confidence in the rules. The next course is available in two weeks time and we will post the link and password closer to the day. See more
