01.01.2022 What a night! Last week Hamilton was alive with culture, food and experience. Tess and James from Fennel & Co. Catering put on an Indigenous degustation that we will never forget. The atmosphere was alive with music by The ILLUME Girls. We started the night with an eye-opening Welcome to Country. The pairing wines and gin were selected from indigenous representations from around Australia and the ingredients used were out of this world. We cannot wait to make this event bigger and better next year. We cannot thank you enough Tess Borg and James, the passion you have oozed in this genius menu. This was definitely a magical highlight for Newcastle Food Month.
