25.01.2022 NSW government current guidelines for places of worship effective from 1 June 2020 allow a gathering of upto 50 people. Thus temple is open for devotees for worship. 12.01.2022 Shivaratri is a very auspicious day, symbolising the wedding day of Lord Shiva and Parvati. The festival comes sometime in February or March. People keep fast on Shivaratri day and go to the Shiva Temple to worship by pouring milk and water on the Shiva Linga. This year it will be celebrated at the temple on 21st February at 6:30 pm.
