21.01.2022 The first half of the 1990s were an era of increasing horsepower, new concepts and vibrant graphics. The 550SX launched in the ’90s with high-performance and competition-ready gear. The Jet Ski 650SX, twin-cylinder satisfied the constant craving of racers for more power. An innovative watercraft in 1991 was the Jet Ski SC. Side-by-side seating, a 3-position steering wheel and an easy to operate reverse system. Integrated flotation in the hull made it virtually unsinkable.... 1992 was stand-out and stand-up with the Jet Ski 750SX. Vibrant graphics combined with an all-new 750cc engine with automatic bilge pump and underwater exhaust outlet and Superlube automatic oil mixing. Trim system and dual carbies came into the 1993 Jet Ski Super Sport Xi and the 1994 limited edition Super sport XiR. 1994 brought Jet Ski participation to the family with the launch of the first three-seater model. The Jet Ski ST. LED instrumentation, reverse and 46-litre fuel tank made this a user-friendly recreational Jet Ski. 13.01.2022 The 1980s saw some interesting styling choices for fashion and Personal Watercraft (PWC). In 1986 Kawasaki doubled the fun with the Jet Ski X-2. A hybrid two-passenger model with stand-up and sit-down capabilities. The X-2 finally allowed riders to share the fun with friends and family. The 1989 range includes two more gems; Kawasaki JET MATE and the Jet Ski TS. The Jet Mate is a 3-seat PWC on a boat-like hull with joystick control and a reverse system. Two hooks at the rear ...of the craft made it ideal for towing water skiers. The two-seater Tandem Sport (TS) is Kawasaki’s first true sit-down JET SKI watercraft. 12.01.2022 It is 1973, Kawasaki created the Jet Ski watercraft..and it was good. Launching a revolution, the world’s first Jet Ski watercraft took to the water. The limited production models were powered by a 2-stroke, twin-cylinder engine pumping out plenty of thrust for waterborne fun. The unique Jet Ski feature of the fully enclosed impeller pump dramatically improved water safety over conventional outboard motors. Self-righting and self-circling feature ensured the craft would idle in circles at slow speeds if the rider fell off.
