15.01.2022 COVID19 Important Information If you are unwell or have any slight cold or flu like symptoms, we are unable to see you in clinic at this time. If you are at all unsure, please call ahead to discuss with us.... Please be confident that as registered Practitioners governed by AHPRA,we are extremely well versed in regards to sanitation and infection control procedures. Hand washing is absolutely second nature to us. All of the clinic tools, beds and surfaces are disinfected and wiped down after each patient interaction. We are also cleaning and disinfecting all door handles, benches, desks and bathroom and reception areas. All of the acupuncture needles are and always have been single use, disposable needles that are unwrapped immediately prior to insertion. We are stocked up on sanitiser and all clinical disinfectant supplies. We also have toilet paper. If you do need to cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fill your appointment slot or reschedule you. We will not be implementing any cancellation fees during this time as I am well aware many people are struggling at present and that appointments may need to be changed last minute.
