23.01.2022 The health of our staff and that of all our customers is very important to us. So during this epidemic of Covid 19 we will increasing all our hygiene workplace practices. We will also be asking all our customers the following questions on booking the job and on entering a premises : Just a few more questions to confirm your booking 1. Does anyone on the premises have flu like symptoms?.... 2. Will anyone be on site that is in isolation (self-isolation or medically advised isolation) for the COVID-19 Coronavirus 3. will anyone be on site that has travelled overseas in the last 14days? If the customer answers yes to any of these questions we will be unable to attend the job for up to 14days to ensure that the property is safe. #staysafe

We have provided meals and access to services that peopl...e may not have been able to get elsewhere. We have been able to do this because of the wonderful support and generosity of novocastrians. Recently we have been blessed with donations from individuals, families and local businesses, who for the most part were in the midst of their own hardest times. We are also very grateful for the continued support of Second Bite and Oz Harvest and we appreciate how hard it is to do what they do at this time. To all novocastrians, you are the heart and soul of our city, we have been humbled by your support and we want to thank you for your kindness and let you know that we are here for all of you too. We will be opening our Soul Pantry doors to you on Tuesdays 1pm to 3pm & Fridays 9am to 10:30am. Our items will vary day to day from fresh produce to snacks and sometimes treats and we want to share them with you. **If you have a family to feed and money is tight please come raid our pantry. **If you are at home and the fridge door is swinging more than normal please come raid our pantry. **If your circumstances have changed and you are finding it difficult to make ends meet and still eat healthy please come raid our pantry. **If you know someone in your family, your local community or someone that you work with that could use a boost of a bag of groceries please come raid our pantry. **If you have ever wanted to see what happens at Soul or talk to us about anything please come down and raid our pantry.
