We are taking proactive measures to keep the space clean & safe so you can stay grounded, well & keep your immune systems strong. Along with our regular high standard of cleanliness in our space, we are undertaking additional spraying of the space with disinfectant between classes, paying extra attention to d...oors & mats. We encourage you to follow the advice of health authorities regarding self quarantine & testing if you are symptomatic or have travelled recently. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay at home & return when you're fully recovered.
