03.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT | We are sad to announce that from the end of 2014 we will no longer be running pre and postnatal exercise classes. It has been an amazing experience and I have enjoyed every minute. If you still have classes to use up, please use them before the end of the year! However, Jessica will still be available for one-on-one exercise sessions and pregnancy screenings, advice and treatment for any pregnancy sore spots! X
