23.01.2022 Clare and Nathan’s 2 day wedding at Steinbrook Hall. This was definitely a wedding that we will always remember. From our 1st conversation in starting to organise everything, to our last drinks that were served the next day, it was such a high energy, fun filled, eventful and awesome atmosphere 2 days. These guys really knew how to party and dance, and boy they did not disappoint! We started with canapés out at the beautiful Glenrock gardens, then headed out to Steinbrook fo...r the rest of the evening. We did a share style mains in the middle of the tables with lamb rumps, rolled beef, korma lentils, Tagine, array of salads, all the different baked veggies you could imagine, rolls, jus and finished off with canapé style dessert platters and individual grazing boxes. Sunday saw us head back out to steinbrook to do Asian street food and bar service. We want to thank you for being such great people to deal with, and wish you the very best for the future! It was an amazing 2 days and we had so much fun in sharing it with!

18.01.2022 We had the pleasure of being part of Jules and Jason’s wedding last night out at the beautiful Glenrock Gardens. It was such an amazing night, and we are forever grateful to have been part of it. From all the crew at H&H Catering, we wish you all the very best for the future!

14.01.2022 1 Weekend - 2 Weddings - 2 Different Towns - 2 States. Our weekend started on Friday up in Toowoomba at Bracknell Lodge. A beautiful venue! (If you haven’t been there, I highly recommend going out to have a look) We Started the day by serving individual grazing boxes, followed by Canapés and a Plated main of Lamb Rump and Truffle Chicken Supreme. Was another beautiful wedding and we were lucky to be part of it. Then we headed back down to Tenterfield to Bolivia Station on Saturday for Jess and Steven Bulmers amazing wedding. It was a picture perfect day, mind blowing marquee, great atmosphere and a stunning wedding overall! We want to thank you guys, for letting us be part of your special day. We wish you the very best for the future

13.01.2022 What a Week! First off, I want to thank the amazing team members that we had working over the various functions and events that we had on this week. Without you, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do. You guys are the back bone to H&H Catering and I want to say how much I appreciate your hard work and dedication, and to thank you again for an outstanding performance this week! We Had the opportunity to Cater for Andrew and Ashley’s Beautiful wedding out at Steinbrook Hall on ...Thursday night, featuring a 5 course Degustation menu. It was an amazing night, and we wish them all the best for the future. Saturday morning saw us down at the Autumn Festival Markets at Jubilee Park. We managed to bake up a storm with various sourdough loaves, almond filled croissants, Portuguese tarts, our well loved Pull apart mini loaves, stanthorpe cheeses and balsamics. We managed to sell out by lunch time. An amazing effort from all involved. Sunday was the biggest day of them all. We started off hosting a 7 course degustation a la carte lunch out at Glenrock Gardens, in a beautiful decked out marquee, creating a warm, elegant surrounding. It was such a pressure filled service, but we managed to pull it off with the help of our amazing team members. Sunday night we had the Food van set up at Glenrock Gardens for the RFS bonfire night. We had a mix of street food and burgers on offer, and even though the weather wasn’t the greatest, we managed to sell out of most things. Listening to the live music and having the bonfire as our backdrop for our view, it was such an awesome way to finish of a HUGE week.

10.01.2022 Yesterday saw us head to Glen Innes for a private sit down dinner. We want to thank Keith and Karen for being amazing hosts and letting us cater for their 40th Wedding anniversary. Cheers to many more

03.01.2022 Saturday 17th Glenrock Gardens We had a great time being part of Chloe and Dylan’s wedding. Even though there were Last minute changes due to the weather (They do say that it’s good luck for it to rain on your wedding day) everything looked amazing! It was such a special evening and we were super lucky to be there for it. From the team at H&H Catering, we wish Chloe and Dylan the best for the future.

01.01.2022 What kind of plans do you have for Easter? Here at H&H Catering we have a busy weekend ahead. We're kicking off the weekend with a small private wedding serving up a five course à la carte menu at the beautiful Steinbrook Hall. Saturday we'll be at the Tenterfield Autumn Festival markets with our breads, pastries, cheeses and more. Easter Sunday we will be at Glenrock Gardens plating up a seven course degustation menu with accompanying wines. ... To finish off the weekend we'll be serving a variety of street foods from our mobile catering van at the Glenrock RFS Bonfire Night - Tenterfield Autumn Festival. So much to do, such a variety!
