25.01.2022 Early bird price to the Gathering ($160) ended yesterday. However, due to a few clubs having issues with insurance etc, we have decided to lower the cost of a ticket for the next 3 weeks to $180. Still not full price. So if you are kicking yourself for missing early bird, get in quick while its only a little increase!.

25.01.2022 It is with great joy that I announce that ticketing for the 2020+1 Gathering are now on sale. If you already have a ticket (rolled over from the 2020 Gathering) congrats, you are good to go. If you purchased a Volunteer ticket, I will be in touch shortly to reconfirm your volunteer duties. If you or your club members are now ready to purchase tickets and your club has a ticketing code, it should be working again. (I say should as I have not fully tested it!) 23.01.2022 By now you should have received an email in regards to the new plan. If you hold a ticket! I have been working with Trybooking (the ticket booking site) to come up with the best option for the Gathering. Rather than cancel the event, refund all of the tickets and then have to start the whole process over again in a few months, or manually move everyone's ticket to a new event. I have simply changed the date! All tickets that are currently issued for the 2020 Easter gatherin...g, are now valid for the 2021 Easter gathering. If, however you wish, for whatever reason, to cancel your ticket and get a refund that's totally fine! Please REPLY TO THE EMAIL, and I will process any emailed requests. 12.01.2022 The Water flows, the grass greens, the joyful sounds of water falling from trees. the feel of soft growth under foot. the forest spirit Hulder has returned with joy and mischief. It is with great joy that as a result of the constant rains as of late, the NEMAS Gathering at the Armidale Pine Forest is now at the lowest fire risk that has been seen in a few years. As a result restrictions have been lifted regarding fires(within reason). Fire will still need to be constructed i...n safely and inspected. Simple requirements will be No roaring bonfires All camps to have a fire blanket and a bucket of water any fire place over 900mm in length in any direction will need to seek prior approval from myself (just to ensure it isn't over the top) Fires are to be made safe(slow burning or extinguished) if camp is completely empty fires will still be required to be dug in unless prior approval is deems otherwise the use of raised fire pits is discouraged. 12.01.2022 Heres some shoes I made yesterday for my 10 year old who is attending the gathering for the first time in 10 years. $3.50 kmart shoes, some soft leather I had lying around and some glue!

Please be reassured the committee are keeping a close eye on the Covid situation and hoping that the Easter Gathering will go ahead, even if under different conditions from usual.

02.01.2022 For the foreseeable future, training will be continuing to run on Thursday at 6:30 at the Armidale PCYC. As per usual, PCYC membership and ALHF insurance is required to attend, so come along and have a bash if you’ve got that sorted. If not, our club president Jeremy will have the ALHF insurance paperwork and the PCYC has all their membership forms.

01.01.2022 NEMAS would like to extend heartfelt condolences to all those effected by the passing of Rob Ely who passed on last week. If you knew him and wanted to pass on your condolences, his wife has set up an email to use. The family are also asking for photos if you have any please. [email protected] ... He frequented to gathering a few times, playing with Praxis I believe. His funeral will be monday next week. Vale Rob
