25.01.2022 Best wishes to all our lovely customers and "likers" for a very merry festive season....hope Santa and his reindeer find you!

16.01.2022 Hello to all our very loyal "likers", customers and general egg fans! You may have noticed that purchasing a carton of NEPE eggs or tasting them in your local cafe is becoming increasingly difficult. After MUCH deliberation, the NEPE family has decided we need a little break. Our chookies have been slowly leaving the farm to start a new life of retirement. Ordinarily, we would have some young girls already on farm to start the cylce again....but we have decided to wait. The ...nature of our business does not allow us to have much time away from the farm (if any). So, we will be taking a much needed holiday with our young family and giving ourselves some time to review our business and plans into the future. We would like to thank you all for the consistent support, positive feedback and recognition of our desire to be different by creating the best life possible for a commercial laying hen who in turn produces the best tasting egg! We will keep you posted. #pasturedeggsarethefuture See more

11.01.2022 Happy New Year!!! May 2016 bring all that you dream, hope and strive for....let it be happy, healthy and full of laughter! #newbeginnings #bestmakerealisticresolutions

05.01.2022 **HENS FOR SALE** The time has come for us to sell our healthy, happy, fully beaked hens. Why I hear you ask.....?? Unfortunately after 12 months of laying, egg production starts to decline (just the way the chooks are built). For a commercial egg business to be viable the hens need to be in peak production, hence the need to "turn over stock" at this time. These hens will continue to lay for several years just not at the level we need them to be at. We much prefer our girls to go to new homes where they will continue to roam enjoying the rest of their days....so we need your help! Please inbox us if you're interested in taking on a feathered friend or friends....(only about 380 girls need homes!). Incidently in the past we have been very fortunate to sell our hens to 1 or 2 buyers. We refuse to cull healthy animals.

02.01.2022 An informative, insightful and inspiring phone conversation with Sally from Earths Eggs, SA tonight has got the ball rolling again for the New England Pastured Egg family. Bring on a bigger, brighter and more efficient future. We will keep you posted- but looking forward to a come back (hopefully)!
