11.01.2022 Quick update regarding the current situation of the world and our opening status. We are remaining open, our opening times have not changed and will not be changing for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately we have had some events cancel on us and some groups have also pulled out of visits, but in the current landscape that was always going to be inevitable. ... As we always have, we ask that if you do feel sick then it may not be the best idea to actually come and visit us. IF any of this does change we will be sure to keep everybody updated.

10.01.2022 I have been working on this movie since the lockdown started in March. Bones McCoy, our mascot and security guard went stir crazy during the lockdown and was responsibile for some extreme mischief! I'm still putting the finishing touches to the movie. Tell me what you think. This is a teaser and his creepy friends don't appear in the trailer... I want to keep that as a surprise, as well as keep the screams to a minimum! - Steve

02.01.2022 So, here it goes. Not the post I wanted to be writing today, but it's the post that needs to be written. Just over 12 months ago, we were under threat from fire, and have been in recovery mode ever since, and unfortunately, due to mother nature having ideas of its own, New England Woodturning and Sculptures is currently closed and in Coronavirus Hibernation until further notice. No, we are not infected, BUT, we would like to stay that way, and due to the closure of all touri...st centres, campgrounds, as well as other major tourist destinations in our region, we have decided it is in our best interest to follow suit. In saying this, we will be back when all of this is said and done. We will work to maintain the grounds and attempt to bring new and exciting things for the future and will be prepared to open our gates again as soon as the current situation is resolved. We would like to take this opportunity to encourage everybody to learn something new, read a few good books, find some new TV series, and most of all enjoy some time with family, or even find joy in your own company if the situation finds that appropriate. From our family to yours, we wish you the best of luck and health into the foreseeable future. We will keep you updated as soon as our situation changes.
