FIV is spread between cats when an infected cat bites another cat. Early symptoms of FIV include fever, sores and diarrhoea and this eventually progresses to failure of the cats immune system. The FIV vaccine is given as a yearly vaccination and can be given at the same time as the F3 vaccination.
