14.01.2022 What you do today will benefit you tomorrow! This statement seems a lot more complicated than it truly is. This statement isn't saying you need to workout for 1 hour everyday, it isn't telling you to eat clean 100% of the time. Rather, it is saying make a change, ANY change! Make a commitment to yourself, to be better than you were yesterday. That could simply mean you take a 15 minute walk, or drink less alcohol, or eat salad once a day. Simple right? ... Simplicity and commitment to yourself to be better, make you better! How easy! See more

11.01.2022 Corona Virus! In light of the new information coming through from government officials, Health and Wellness will will still be open, HOWEVER, there will be some changes to the way I deliver my services to my clients. Services that WONT be accessible until further notice: Elderly Nutrition ... All other services will be delivered through video link, just as I do with my long distance clients. It is important at this point in time that we do what we can to help prevent the spread of this virus. Some tips to help prevent contraction of this virus: - Wash you hands. - use hand sanitiser in between washing of hands. - cough into a tissue or your hands, wash ASAP after this. - use immunity boosters! These are great for boosting your own immunity to a range of illnesses. - avoid barge crowds where possible! - use antibacterial wipes on trolleys or other public handles before touching. Avoid touching your face until you have washed or sanitised your hands. - put a small bottle of sanitiser in your child’s bag if they are still going to school and educate them on effective use. - if you suspect you are ill with any ill ones isolate as much as possible. - avoid shaking hands with people - avoid nursing homes, or other places where vulnerable people are likely to be. - put clothes through a hot wash once a week to help kill any bugs they may hold. - Add disinfectant to the clothes wash once a week (if washing uniforms wash twice a week) - bleach your floors twice per week to help kill any bacteria bought from the outside world into your home. 10.01.2022 Hello Monday! I have been working on a few admin aspects of H&W! Now all clients will receive a roster of all appointments booked and what days and times this have been for. This will show you in advance what we will be discussing in these sessions. Why? Well, this is to provide you time in advance to think of all the questions you want to ask and have answered. In doing this means you will get the most out your appointments and money!... It also gives me an overview of exactly what aspects need to be covered within the appointment time. Mostly so I know what appointment is for what purpose. This also helps you in your budget, by showing you in advance when appointments are, and how much you need to cover the service.
