18.01.2022 Ah autumn... it’s the season that gives so much. Autumn colours on the trees, usually beautiful blue skies, cool nights and best of all, beautiful salvias are all still in flower and looking their best. This ones called ‘Joan’ and they really are the most incredible colour.

04.01.2022 It's coming up to my favourite time of the year... nope it's not rose blooming time but rose PRUNING time!. If you're in the Southern Highlands I'm taking bookings now for late July and August. 04.01.2022 Would you take a look at those shiny purple capsicums! Just makes me want to grab one and take a big bite! This season, capsicums have been real winners thanks to our hot and dry weather. Then the rain came and prolonged the growing time even longer! If you’re looking to become more self sufficient keep an eye out for more of our tips and tricks.
