20.01.2022 FAQ 4 - What is the format of the program? "The program consists of group sessions via Zoom video. There will also be some exercises to consolidate learning in ...between sessions." The sessions will be 90 minutes in length. Each time we will include a teaching component, an opportunity for Q&A, time for personal coaching, and a short meditation. Sessions will be recorded, and available for participants of the course only. As regards "homework", this course is not a bootcamp! What you work at in between sessions is completely optional, and Life Happens. However, as with so much in life, the more you are able to put in, the more you will benefit :)
