How does one qualify for the FHOG? Here are a few tips from the Queensland Government to help you work out if you are eligible! *You must be at least 18 years of age.... *You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident (or applying with someone who is). *You or your spouse must not have previously owned property in Australia that you lived in. *You must be buying or building a brand new home. *The value of the home including the land is less than $750,000. *You must move into the new home as your principal place of residence within 1 year of the completed transaction and live there continuously for 6 months.

Here are a few handy tips to help get on top of your savings plan: o Do your groceries online, the temptation to grab off the shelves the things you don’t need won’t be there. If you do want to shop instore, be sure to snack beforehand so you don’t become the proud owner of isle 5. o Pay your bills weekly, that way you won’t be hit at the end of the month with an influx of bills. Also reducing the chances of having to dip into your savings acc...ount to cover the bills. o Set a savings goal. If you have money spare at the end of the week that is not allocated to your usual weekly bills and spending money, put it in savings. o Limit going out for meals to once a month. Make it a special occasion, not a weekly ritual. o Open an account that you cannot access unless you go into a branch and one that also requires 2 signatures, that way you can’t be tempted to transfer money from your savings out via your banking app.

A little scruff ball, under nourished and flea ridden, with what looked like one blind eye. Whisked straight to vet, her eye was not blindness, but a Heterochromia iridis, a very rare but special condition. Since that time over 10 years ago, Bella has been part of our family, alongside the team, and assisting in the property industry her entire life. ... She has dedicated herself to uplifting team spirit, unity and making a happier work place. It's hard to have a bad day in her company. Whilst words cannot express, her caring nature, and unlimited loving attention, just makes every day just that little bit more special when Bella comes to work to say hello.
