25.01.2022 Status Homes recently completed and handed over this Hamptons beauty.

25.01.2022 Completed early last year in one of Ballarat's more prestigious development areas is this large, very well appointed and deceptively large home of some four bedrooms, two with En-suites, expansive Kitchen and Butlers pantry, Study and three living areas as well as a large Alfresco area built by Quattro Homes Ballarat. The home exterior combines rendered finishes, face brickwork and with use of reticulated and recessed surfaces. The final product enhanced by a well organised garden and matching front fence.

24.01.2022 A large upper storey addition to an already outstanding home in Mont Albert. The Owners had grappled with creating more spaces for a growing family with a preference to not lose useful outdoor areas and so came to us with ideas for an upper storey addition to work around maintaining pool and Alfresco zones. The addition sits well back from the façade leaving the original form in tact and the back rooms and balcony overlooking the pool area.

24.01.2022 This beautiful addition project in Balwyn involved extensive structural, internal and external alterations and additions and included the removal of almost the entire existing roof structure. The previous home was wonderful in its own right however the spaces a little restricted for a growing family. The final result was incredibly satisfying and the project led to a further pool house and carport additions (not pictured)

23.01.2022 On the hilly rises on the South Western side of Geelong is this beautiful Craftsman style home featuring multi-angular façade with assorted claddings including natural stone facing, weatherboards and face blockwork. The client involvement with this project was extensive and included being Owner Builders. The rooms throughout the house were each specifically designed accommodate the exact required use and all external spaces are intricate and well used. The home practically has four facades and the rear and left face contain large outdoor undercover spaces that overlook the rises and undulation to the north. The external treatment included timberwork and hoods and highlighted with the claddings previously mentioned. Upstairs is a large Recreational space partially within the attic space. Delightful result.

14.01.2022 Designed by Latitude 37 Group, this four unit development in Cranbourne by Zinwood Developments, was a working drawing, energy rating and completion project only. The result was an efficient process and construction, and as can be seen from the real estate images, both interesting and pleasing.

13.01.2022 Completed recently, this Owner Builder 'H' shaped residence on an expansive property, boasts a number of specialty energy smart construction methods. The home has a large central living area as the focus and double wings that comprise of Bedrooms and Garage. Whilst the shape can increase the heat losses of any home, the provision of an insulated floor, R5.0 external walls, double glazing, light filled Living and an excellent North East orientation provides for a comfortable and pleasing result.

11.01.2022 Barwon Heads is the location for this well finished multi-clad dual occupancy development. The two residences were owner occupiers and so the level of input from the clients was significant. Each of the homes are near mirror image of the other but with some personalisation incorporated. The developments feature three bedrooms, two living areas, one with a glorious north facing main Living/ Kitchen/ Meals with a rising raked ceiling and highlight windows.

08.01.2022 2019 HIA Award winner (South West region) Best Home under $350,000 by Vision Building Group. The judges highlighted the efficient and flowing design, beautiful appointment, finish and blending of styles. The Owner's design input and knowledgeable ideas were a huge factor in the result.

06.01.2022 The transformation of an Ugly duckling is the best way to describe the change that occurred to this home in a very prominent location in Ballarat. Removed was the stark verandah, aluminium claddings, roofing and internal linings and along with an Alfresco addition was the total renewal as can be seen from the before and after images.

02.01.2022 This four bedroom, two living area and tri-level investment property in Newtown, Geelong presented a series of complexities including a six metre fall from the street to the end of the building envelope, tight boundary constraints as well as a winding driveway to access a Garage under the upper most level. The home featured various claddings and roof forms and finished within the initial expected budget with expansive views to the rear over the River and Highton areas.
