25.01.2022 Katie and Sanchit came to me a week ago wanting to build their dream hamptons home. Originally it was going to be a 3 bedroom, 17 sqm home in Wallan in our classic range.. They never would have thought that a 23 sqm, 4 bedroom house would be in their price range with their dream facade on a 400sqm block in our PREMIUM range..... Well guess what, IT WAS POSSIBLE!! 22.01.2022 And thats 5 houses in a row! About 3 weeks ago, I found this development in Wallan, north of Melbourne. The estate is called Featherton Rise. All of the blocks in stage 9 had 300mm of fall or less which means they are great blocks for building on!... Block sizes are cut into 12.5m frontage x 33m deep which is about 412sqm. The price point was unbelievable at $209,000! Lot 901 - 905 have been sold in the past 3 weeks to 5 of my clients - 2 of them which are in this photo, Daniel and Tenille. 22.01.2022 Congratulations to Charmaine on securing her first home! Charmaine came to me over a week ago seeking a premium single story home with all of our premium inclusions. 08.01.2022 Its funny you know, I was in Taylah and Toms position 18 months ago when I first went to a builder to build my first home. Like most people in their early 20s, I didnt have the largest amount of savings and I never would have thought I would be eligible to be able to secure a house and land package.. 01.01.2022 Big smiles when your site costs can be fixed for $9,990! ** Buyers beware for when a developer tells you a block is FLAT it generally isnt..** Did you know if your block has more than 500mm of fall (Slope) that you might need retaining walls? Did you know that this can bring your site costs up to $25,000 or more?!... Anyone who is looking at land, send me through your engineering plans and I will happily give you my opinion on whether I believe its a good block to build on or not. Tania and her son Jaimme have an awesome block in Wallan (Featherton Rise Estate) which only has 300mm of fall! The benefit of building on a flat block with Orbit Homes current Promotion, is that when site costs are low, a healthy voucher is given to clients to spend how they want rather than using them on site costs.
