09.01.2022 Happy Handover Day! . Yesterday I had the pleasure of heading to see Rob and Corrine who have now moved into their brand new home and what a journey this has been! When I first met Rob and Corrine it was a really unique situation which I feel is worth sharing. At our very first appointment I went to see Rob and Corrine at home and one of my favorite things to do at a first appointment is to get a tour around their current home and identify the bits that stood out and made... this home perfect for them at the time of purchasing! . I was a bit blown away with Corrine and Rob's response when Corrine turned to me and said "I still love my home just the way it is! I just want to rebuild it somewhere else!" and hearing those words and seeing her reactions was just a great feeling to see how passionate and how much love she had for her current home. To me this proved to be a great example of not necessarily out growing the home you are in but instead out growing the current piece of land it is built on! Due to certain things the previous lot was just getting a bit tricky to maintain and was proving to be a bit of a test so together we worked hard and came out with a solution and have now built version 2.0 and I am stoked at the feedback I received last night and everyone from the Redink Homes Southwest team should be proud. . Today I got to head out to the block with Rob, Sheree and Milah to celebrate getting settlement yesterday and to put that sold sign on the lot! Congratulations again guys. Next step, slab down!

03.01.2022 Absolutely stoked for these guys to finally get building contracts signed and to now be on the way towards their new home! . I first met Troy and Kelly early last year in Busselton where they told me all about their existing home in Pemberton that they had just paid out and now owned! It had served them well for so long but was now at breaking point and they were looking to start fresh. Soon we had plans in place to demolish the old and start again! . Unfortunately when c...ontracts came back there was some issues that had to put the build on hold and then just as we were almost good to go again... A thing called Covid 19 happened and we were back where we started. After a crazy year and over 12 months later of solid saving and grind to make it happen, all things are now perfect and ready to go. . Congratulations again guys!
