24.01.2022 One of the areas the devil attacks churches with a fair amount of ease is to divide and conquer. Gossip, or news carrying is one of the most subtle, but devilish tactics that is used very often in churches, pulling down the leadership through criticism, jealousy and rebellion. Ephesians 4 tells us to do our best to bring unity in our church and Psalm 133 says how pleasant and satisfying it is when churches dwell together in unity. But, it's only the unity of the Spirit of God that can possibly bring unity, and that's requires us all to be listening to and in tune with the Holy Spirit.

24.01.2022 Great to be able to have Nita Byrne with us this week! She always brings a heartfelt word to share from the heart of the Lord. She shares about Jeroboam this week from 1 Kings 13 where the Lord sends a man of God to correct him and when he takes offence and goes to grab the prophet, Jeroboam's arm withers and he repents.

21.01.2022 If we're going to have the authority of God in this world, if we're going to have the protection of God over us, then there are six things we must put into place. Above all, we need to be both honest and serious about serving God, and the only way to ensure we are doing that is by serving Him from the heart, because when our heart is sold out to him, the rest of us will follow suit.. Secondly, we must pray daily and build the relationship between ourselves and God, not just ...by telling Him what we want, but listening back to him to hear what He has to say. Third, we must read and meditate on God's Word every day. The only way to get God's direction, as well as have authority over self, the world and the devil is to read the Bible. Fourth, just as we need to build a relationship with God, we also need to build relationships with people who belong to God. The best way to do that is to attend church regularly and spend time with other Christians. Fifth, we must be self-disciplined to only get involved with the things that God is leading us to. Many people follow what the majority of others are doing, but God will lead you individually, and you will not always be led the same as others, so you should only do what He is leading you to do and not anything else. Sixth, we need to be filled with the Holy Spirit and try to find out and do what His will is. The unity of the Spirit is what is needed in the church! 17.01.2022 True victory through Jesus Christ is always present. The only reason we don't constantly get the victory is because we don't fulfil all of the requirements for getting the victory. Because of this people feel let down and even sometimes abandoned by God, but the fact is that this is never true! 2 Chronicles 16 and Verse 9 tells us that God is always scanning the earth to give strong support to those who's heart is blameless towards Him. Now, this doesn't mean that we have to be perfect, cause that will never happen! But, what is true is that if you seek the Lord by refreshing yourself regularly in The Word (Bible), pray and seek God's will daily by being led by the Holy Spirit, you will fit the profile that God has laid out though his Son, Jesus Christ and nothing will be able to stop you from success in every area of your life.

But the fact is, there is only one Armageddon and it will be a War of the Worlds including Jesus Christ and his army of believers, the Angels, those who oppose Christ, Satan and his demons. 15.01.2022 We need to have the courage to walk with God. Being totally committed to God can seem a possibility the strikes us with fear and trepidation. What's the first thing that you think of when you wake up in the morning? Is it praise and worship, or perhaps like most of us, it's facing the burden of the day's responsibilities. But Jesus said take my yoke upon you for it is light and easy to bear. If only we could let go of this world and walk with God, we would be amazed at the difference that God makes to our lives! Suddenly, the cares of this life are no longer with us. What we're experiencing is not worry and care, but love, joy and peace, even in the midst of the most difficult decisions and experiences.

13.01.2022 The two most important parts of the Gospel are faith and grace. Ephesians 2:8-9 says, By grace you have been saved through faith and not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, so that no one should boast. Hebrews 4:11 tells us to strive to enter into rest (ESV). The word strive means, labour, diligence, exert, make effort, to enter into rest. Jesus said take my yoke upon you for it is light and easy to bear. So, there is a rest in God that we have to seek diligently and enter in at the Strait Gate and not miss out by taking the easy path.

Seven out of every 10 chapters in the New Testament give reference to Christ's Second Coming. Jesus, Himself referred to His return 21 times. The Second Coming is second only to Faith as the most dominant subject in the New Testament. Getting a true understanding of it is imperative for the Church of today. 06.01.2022 This week we are sharing on the Gifts of the Spirit. The Bible reveals three different categories of Gifts. These are The Ministry Gifts, The Spiritual Gifts and the Motivational Gifts. The Bible says that these are distributed severally by the Spirit of God. So, all of us should be pursuing more than just one Gift, and verse 31 of 1 Corinthians 12 tells us that we should desire strongly the best Gifts. So, what about you? Are you seeking to co-operate with the Holy Spirit by seeking to be used in the exercising of these Gifts?

02.01.2022 Over the years there has been much confusion about who the 144,000 really are. Many consider they're a special portion of the church that have been saved out of the Rapture. Others say they are Jews and part of the remnant of God's people, the Israelites. However, the Bible is God's inspired Word and make no mistake, it bears no mistakes within it's pages.
