09.01.2022 WORKING FROM HOME? WELL DO WE HAVE SOME TIPS FOR YOU! (Because this photo is an example of TERRIBLE setup!) We have been seeing an increasing number of clients coming in with neck and shoulder complaints and often a contributing factor is a poor set up from home! Laptops and dining tables/chairs being the NO.1 culprit! ... MY TOP THREE TIPS 1. It is best to sit in a chair that can be unadjusted in height, lumbar support and tilt. 2. Try to have your monitor/ monitors higher so you dont need to lower your head to look at the screen 3. If using a laptop consider a wireless keyboard and mouse (this allows you to raise the screen without compromising your arm positioning. If you would like some more information we can tee up a real time Telehealth consultation to interactively set up your space. Email [email protected] for more information.
